HOW TO GET IN
fabric's door is far more relaxed than Berghain's, but they do turn people away. Avoid sportswear — trainers are fine but football shirts and tracksuits are not. Large single-gender groups can struggle.
Know who's playing before you arrive — Friday (Room 2) is drum & bass-led; Saturday (Room 1) is techno and house. The lineup defines the crowd and the door mood completely.
fabric membership gives you priority entry and a discounted door price. Worth it if you visit more than twice a year — and it signals you're a regular, not a tourist.
Room 1 is the iconic main floor with the bodysonic system — start there. Room 2 is more intimate. Spend at least an hour in each — the contrast is part of what makes fabric unique.
THREE FLOORS OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC
The main room with the legendary bodysonic dancefloor — concrete vibrates with the bass. Home to techno, breaks and the harder end of electronic music. Immersive and physically intense.
The drum & bass and jungle room. Friday nights are dedicated to d&b with some of the UK's finest selectors. Expect a raw, energetic dancefloor with decades of rave culture behind it.
The most intimate of the three rooms. House, deep electronic and more eclectic programming. A space for discovery, with a loyal crowd of music-first ravers who know every track.
