1. What Cloud Atelier is
Cloud Atelier is a free music platform offering global radio streaming, music education lessons, live event listings, and gear guides. The core service is and will remain free. Optional paid features (Pro, Premium) may exist for power users.
2. Your account
You may use most of Cloud Atelier without signing up. To save favorites, sync across devices, or contribute to the community, create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Scrape, mirror, or repurpose our content at scale without permission
- Upload content (e.g. event reviews) that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing
- Interfere with the service or other users
4. Content ownership
Radio streams belong to their respective broadcasters. We provide a directory and player — we do not host or claim ownership of the audio. Music lessons are written by Cloud Atelier and licensed Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 — you may share and adapt for non-commercial use with attribution. Event data is provided by third parties (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Bandsintown).
5. Disclaimer
Cloud Atelier is provided "as is" without warranty. Radio streams may go offline. Event listings may change. Lesson content is educational, not professional advice. We do our best but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Payment and refunds (Pro/Premium)
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel anytime; refunds are available within 14 days of purchase per EU consumer law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of urgent abuse.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where local consumer law grants you the right to your home jurisdiction.
