1. What Cloud Atelier is
Cloud Atelier is a workshop for musicians: free chord and music-theory tools, 360 music guides, gear guides, plus radio streaming and live-event listings. The whole service is currently free with no ads. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, the free tools and guides will stay free and these terms will be updated first.
2. Your account
You may use most of Cloud Atelier without signing up. To save favorites, sync across devices, or contribute to the community, create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Scrape, mirror, or repurpose our content at scale without permission
- Upload content (e.g. event reviews) that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing
- Interfere with the service or other users
4. Content ownership
Radio streams belong to their respective broadcasters. We provide a directory and player — we do not host or claim ownership of the audio. Music guides are written by Cloud Atelier and licensed Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 — you may share and adapt for non-commercial use with attribution. Event data is provided by third parties (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Bandsintown).
5. Disclaimer
Cloud Atelier is provided "as is" without warranty. Radio streams may go offline. Event listings may change. Lesson content is educational, not professional advice. We do our best but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Payment and refunds
Cloud Atelier currently charges nothing and processes no payments. If a paid tier is added later, this section will be updated to describe the payment processor, billing, cancellation and refund terms before any charge is made.
7a. Affiliate links
Some links on Cloud Atelier are affiliate links (Amazon, Reverb via AWIN, Beatport, and event-ticket platforms). If you buy something through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links do not affect our recommendations.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of urgent abuse.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where local consumer law grants you the right to your home jurisdiction.
