1. What we collect
Cloud Atelier collects only what is needed to run the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
Account data
- Email address (for sign-in and account recovery)
- Display name (optional)
- Listening preferences and saved stations (so you can find them later)
Technical data
- Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics cookies
- Browser type, language, screen size (for responsive design)
- IP address (for language detection and abuse prevention — not stored)
What we do not collect
- Payment card details (handled by Lemon Squeezy, PCI-compliant)
- Social network identity (unless you choose Sign in with Google or Apple)
- Location, contacts, calendar, or microphone
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to deliver Cloud Atelier services: stream radio, save your favorites, deliver guides, send confirmation emails, prevent fraud, and improve the product based on aggregate usage.
3. Your rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@cloudatelier.live. We respond within 30 days.
4. Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies: essential (required for the site to work) and analytics (optional, helps us improve). You can change your preferences anytime via the cookie banner or your account settings. For detail see our Cookie Policy.
5. Third-party services
To run Cloud Atelier we rely on:
- Google Firebase — hosting, authentication, database (US/EU data centers)
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage stats (opt-in)
- Lemon Squeezy — secure payment processing
- Anthropic Claude — AI-generated artist bios and moderation
- Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Bandsintown — live event data
Each is governed by their own privacy policy. We choose providers that meet GDPR and KVKK standards.
6. Data retention
Account data: until you delete your account. Listening history: 12 months rolling window. Anonymous analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default). Backups: 30 days.
7. Children
Cloud Atelier is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@cloudatelier.live and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
