How quickly does my event go live? +
We review all submissions within one business day (usually a few hours). You'll receive a
confirmation email when your listing is approved.
What happens if my event is rejected? +
We'll email you the reason and a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Common reasons include events in the past, duplicate listings, or content that doesn't fit
our community guidelines.
Can I update my listing after approval? +
Yes — email us at hello@cloudatelier.live with your order ID and the changes. Updates are
processed within 24 hours at no extra charge.
Is there a refund if I cancel the event? +
We offer a full refund if the event is cancelled before it goes live. If it has already
been published, we'll remove the listing but cannot issue a refund for the days it was
live.
Which genres and cities do you cover? +
All genres and all cities worldwide. We have dedicated city guides for 33 major music
cities but accept events from anywhere. Events outside our city guides appear in the
global feed.
